Flux Energy +

A market opening for turnkey solar in Cyprus, and no company built around it. Flux Energy was founded from zero — PV installations and lighting solutions, including the Flux Lighting sub-brand — with our founder building the commercial structure, brand, supplier relationships and route to market as an equity partner. The company operates today across residential, commercial and industrial projects, and has since expanded into battery storage and net-billing systems.Role: Venture Building · Business Development · Operations

Easy Pipe Fix +

Proven trenchless rehabilitation technology, and a Greek market with no established no-dig culture. Our founder partnered with the technology owner to establish and develop the Greek business from zero — commercial structure, market entry, branding, banking, hiring and operations. A new business line built inside an existing company. Who's behind Nexio

Stefanos Tirkas

Founder

Stefanos Tirkas combines technical expertise, major-project experience and hands-on business building.

A physicist with an MSc in Oil & Gas Enterprise Management from Aberdeen, he has spent more than 13 years across oil & gas, renewable energy and complex project environments — offshore drilling with TotalEnergies, the Leviathan field development with Noble Energy, Chevron’s Tamar Southwest and Leviathan-8 projects, and port and industrial infrastructure in Cyprus, including nine years leading HSE and projects at Lavar Shipping.

Alongside that corporate career, he has built and developed businesses and ventures across Cyprus and Greece. His role has increasingly been the same: identify the opportunity, bring the right people together, build the structure, and make it work. That experience is the foundation of Nexio.

He is also an ICF-trained coach — which is why the “people” part of what Nexio does isn’t a slogan. His edge: reading people as well as reading deals.
